大数据视阈下的当代中国社会公正

Analysis of Social Justice in Contemporary China from the Perspective of Big Data

随着信息技术的飞速发展,人类正在步入以深度挖掘数据价值为核心的大数据时代。大数据在为社会发展带来巨大机遇的同时,也对当代中国社会公正提出严峻挑战。数据收集、贮存、应用过程中引发一系列社会不公问题,其对社会和谐有序运行产生重大影响。为进一步促进社会公正,当代中国必须增强数据意识,提升数据素养;加强制度建设,引导数据利用;提升技术水平,促进数据公正;加快立法步伐,维护数据公平;搭建合作平台,实现数据共享。

With the rapid development of IT,human beings are stepping into the big data era where people explore the value of data at depth. Big data offers enormous opportunities for the development of society,and it also brings big challenges for social justice as well. Social injustice,which is produced in the process of collecting,keeping and applying of the data,has a big influence on whether social operation is putting in order and harmonious or not. In order to further promote social justice,Chinese people must improve their data awareness to advance data literacy,strengthen system construction to guide data usage,improve the information level to promote data justice,speed up legislation to maintain the data justice,and build a cooperation platform to realize data sharing.
