摘要
针对碳酸锰干选线存在的粘辊问题,根据磁选机构造及矿山生产实际情况,对磁选机进行包辊技改,同时对干选线采取单独处理露采原矿的措施。经技改后,精矿锰品位由16.89%提高至18.09%,锰品位提升幅度由1.21%增加至2.58%,尾矿锰品位由9.14%降低至4.97%,精矿产率下降6.08%,金属回收率基本不变。该项技改能为下游产业链节约磨矿及冶炼成本约419.52万元/年,为选厂节约生产成本约70.58万元/年。
Aiming at the roller-sticking phenomenon in the magnetic separator of a dry line selection of manganese carbonate ores, this paper, according to the structure of magnetic separator and the actual condition in mine production, takes a technical reform in roll banding of the magnetic separator and measures to treat open-pit individually of the dry line selection. After the technical reform, the grade of manganese concentrate increases from 16.89% to 18.09%. The improvement of manganese~ grade increases to 2.58% from 1.21%. The grade of manganese tailings decreases to 4.97% from 9. 14% and the yield of concentrate will reduce 6.08% while the metal recovery nearly remains the same. This technical reform can help the downstream industry chain save the cost of mill and smelting about RMB 419.52 million yuan per year. The cost of concentrating mill is about 70.58 million Yuan per year.
