地矿油类专业大学生就业问题及对策

Employment Problem and Countermeasure of Geology and Oils Major

随着我国资源的不断开发,开设地质、采矿、石油专业的大学越来越多,每年的毕业生也越来越多,由于最近几年,对于环境保护的重视,资源开发的速度放缓,高校扩招导致毕业生的大量涌现,加上地矿油类行业艰苦的特殊性,毕业生面临着严峻的就业问题。对地矿油类专业大学生常见的就业问题进行了总结,对此提出了相应的解决措施。

With the continuous development of resources in China, more and more universities are offering geology, mining and petroleum, and more and more graduates every year. Due to the importance attached to environmental protection in recent years, the speed of resource development with large number of graduates coming from the expansion of colleges and universities. With the particularity of the industry, the graduates are faced with severe employment problems. This paper summarizes the common employment problems of students in geology and mineral oil.
