谷文昌精神与福建精神是福建省宝贵的精神财富。推进这两种精神的融合发展,以不断适应社会发展要求,已成为一项非常紧迫的任务。在理论层面,这两种精神具有不同的形成社会背景,不同的对象主体,不同的理论特质;而在深层价值取向上又相契合,并体现为基本内涵上的相似性和所承载的价值目标的一致性。在现实层面,共同的地域文化背景与愿景追求是这两种精神融合发展的基础,"一带一路"建设则是这两种精神融合发展的现实机遇。
