企业员工社会网络、知识社会化与知识分享关系分析

Research on the Relationship between Social Network,Knowledge Socialization and Knowledge Sharing of Enterprise Employees

知识分享直接关系到企业的生存和发展。以中国东南沿海的大中型企业员工为调查对象,对企业员工社会网络、知识社会化与知识分享的关系进行实证研究,得出以下结论:企业员工社会网络对知识社会化有部分显著影响;企业员工知识社会化对知识分享有部分显著影响;企业员工社会网络对知识分享有部分显著影响;知识社会化在社会网络与知识分享之间扮演者中介作用。

Knowledge sharing is directly related to the survival and development of international logistics enterprises, with a sample of Large and medium sized enterprises employees in southeast coast of china, it conducts a empirical research on the relationship of social network, knowledge socialization and the knowledge sharing. The results shows that social networks has proportion significant influence on knowledge socialization; knowledge socialization has proportion significant influence on knowledge sharing; social networks has proportion significant influence on knowledge sharing; Knowledge socialization plays an intermediary role between social network and knowledge sharing.
