基于大学生返乡就业意愿数据,寻找大学生返乡就业这一现象发生的原因及行动者背后的逻辑。通过研究发现返乡就业的大学生在求职的过程中,返乡就业意愿与主修的门类呈5%的负相关,与其毕业去向呈5%的负相关,与所学专业与工作岗位呈10%的负相关,与就业关键因素呈10%的正相关,与基层的就业领域呈10%的正相关,因此,政府要出台相关政策鼓励大学生返乡就业,要健全大学生就业保障制度增强大学生就业信心,学校在学科建设上要努力打造实践教学增强其实践能力,大学生也要调整就业心态。
