摘要
"一站式"学生服务大厅秉承"以学生为本"的目标,通过面对面咨询、新媒体网络载体、数据信息化平台三大支撑体系为学生提供便捷、有效的服务。完全学分制是以学生自主选课和学分为核心的高等教育教学管理制度,重点在于为学生提供个性化需求、人性化服务、弹性化管理。"一站式"学生服务大厅很好地适应了完全学分制为学生提供最优质服务的理念,二者有机结合有利于有效弥补学校职能部门分散管理的缺陷,提高行政效率,高效服务学生。优化完全学分制下"一站式"学生服务大厅的质量,既要建构起具有实效性的"一站式"学生服务大厅支撑体系,也要建构起具有可操作性的"一站式"学生服务大厅。
"One-stopStudent Services Center" is adhering to the principle of being student-oriented. Face-to-face counseling, new media network carrier and data information platform are the three major support systems. With these ways, the Student Services Center can provide convenient and efficient service. Complete Credit System is a higher education teaching management system based on the credits and course selection. It focuses on providing students with personalized requirements, humanized service and flexible management. The common aim of "One-stop Student Services Center" and Complete Credit System is to pro- vide students with services of the best quality. Combining the two systems can effectively make up for the defect of school functions' decentralized management, and improve the administrative efficiency to provide effective service. However, in order to optimize the one-stop students service quality under the complete credit system, the ideas of administrative departments should be shifted from management to service, the service orientation should be turned from top to bottom, and the mode should be changed from separate operation to the team linkage.
