摘要
中国媒体的报道为他国媒体所采用或引用,表现的是中国媒体国际传播的传播信誉和公信力。英国《每日电讯报》2013—2014年关于中国的报道,较多地引用了中国新华社的报道。第一,它的引用大多是认同性的。这表明经过这些年的努力,新华社在国际舆论场有一定的话语优势。第二,在政治或经济等比较敏感的话题上,它也是认同新华社报道中的事实与观点的,可见新华社有较好国际公信力的。第三,从总体上看,《电讯报》偏重选择消极事实报道,但基本上是在专业操守范围层面上的操作。以上说明新华社的对外传播力已获得了很大的改观。
The news citations made by foreign media from domestic counterparts are manifestations of international credibility in communication of Chinese media. The majority of news reports about China in The Daily Telegraph between 2013 and 2014 were largely quoted from Xinhua News Agency. The research results are: firstly, the news quotations reflect that The Telegraph is in favor of the reports and ideas of Xinhua mostly, which shows that after years' endeavor, Xinhua has earned voices in international opinion filed ; secondly, in some sensitive subjects like politics and economics, The Telegraph shared most of Xinhua's stories and viewpoints, which can be seen that Xinhua has enjoyed a better international credibility than before; thirdly, generally speaking, a great deal of news quotations in The Telegraph concentrated on negative incidents; nevertheless, they were quoted from professional needs. These analyses may reveal that the international communication ability boasted by Xinhua has been enhanced remarkably.
