Discussion on full life cycle natural gas pipeline pigging technology

目前天然气管道清管作业尚未形成统一的标准,在清管器选型、清管器参数确定等方面无明确规定。通过介绍国内天然气管道清管广泛应用的清管器类型,以及其适用范围和优缺点,提出了天然气管道清管器选型应参考的技术依据。结合国内天然气管道运行管理实践经验,分别针对新建管道、在役运行管道以及管道内检测等,提出了清管关键技术要求和指标参数,对于规范天然气管道清管作业规程具有指导意义。

Currently, there are no consistent standards and regulations for pigging operations of long-distance gas pipelines, for example, selecting of pigging device and defining of pigging parameters. The types of pigging device used widely in domestic natural gas pipeline, its application range, and advantages and disadvantages have been introduced in this paper. On the basis of the above, the technical basis for selecting of the natural gas pipeline pigging device was put forward. Combined with the practical experience of the domestic natural gas pipeline operation and management, according to the new pipeline, in-service pipeline and in-line inspection pipeline, the key technical requirements and parameters on pipeline pigging were put forward. The research results have guiding significance for the regulation of the natural gas pipeline pigging operation procedures.
