摘要
游梁式抽油机一般采用皮带传动,针对皮带传动过程中易打滑、易磨损、机械传动效率低等问题,提出了液力耦合器传动技术、永磁半直驱驱动技术与电动机直驱驱动技术,取代或取消了皮带传动机构,降低了抽油机的运行能耗,提高了系统效率,同时为低产油井参数调整提供了技术支持。
Belt drive transmission for beam-pumping units is generally used. Aiming at easy slipping、 easy wear and low mechanical driving efficiency during belt transmission, the of hydraulic coupling transmission technology, permanent magnet half direct-drive technology and motor direct drive technology, replacing or canceling the belt transmission mechanism have been put forward in this paper. Energy-consumption for pumping units can be reduced and the system efficiency can be improved by using this technology. It provides technical support for the parameter adjustment of the low oil producing wells.
