摘要
为降低车城油田采出水生物处理中剩余污泥含水率,缩小其体积,开展了污泥减量化技术试验。通过装置选择分析,筛选药剂种类,优化药剂浓度等项目,实施后,污泥含水率由98.3%降至80.75%,体积缩小至原体积的1/11,年节约运输费用40余万元,剩余污泥含油量由脱水前的3.04%上升至16.99%,滤液中悬浮物固体含量10.2 mg/L,含油量2.3 mg/L,达到回收进系统的条件。
In order to reduce the moisture content and volume of excess activated sludge in biological treatment of Checheng oilfield produced water, carried out has been the analysis and selection of sludge reducing device,screened has been the type of chemical agent and optimized has been the drug concentration. The sludge moisture rate has been decreased from 98.3% to 80.75% and the volume is reduced to 1 / 11 of the original volume after the implementation of the project. More than 40 × 104Yuan/a of costs for transportation has been saved. The oil content can be increased from 3.04% before dehydration to 16.99% and the suspended solids content in filtrate is10.2 mg/L, the oil content is 2.3 mg/l, the condition of recovery into the sewage treatment can be achieved.
