摘要
以实现对试气、试采放空天然气进行有效回收为目标,设计并制造了移动撬装式井口气回收装置,具有较强的机动性,可满足频繁搬迁转场的要求。该装置主要由压缩脱水撬等7个撬装组成,可与试气、试采装置同时运行,在不影响试气、试采装置运行的同时,将放空天然气加工成压缩天然气(CNG)外运。每套回收装置每年可回收放空气200×10^4~1200×10^4m3,减少二氧化碳排放992.4~5954.4t,全年可产生经济效益284万元~1704万元。
The mobile skid-mounted wellhead gas recovery unit is designed and manufactured to effectively recover the vent natural gas produced while gas testing or production test. The unit has a good motility that suits for moving frequently and mainly consists of 7 skids, including the gas taking valve set kid and the compression dehydration skid. It can run with the gas testing or production test installation at the same time and process the vent natural gas into CNG for outward transport without influencing the running of the gas testing or production test installation. By doing so, good economic benefits can achieved and the carbon emissions and environment pollution can reduced.
