摘要
针对大庆油田杏V-1装置存在直流水冷却耗水大、乙二醇再生采用电加热等能量利用问题,分析了相应的节能潜力,制定了取消水冷器、增加换热器回收能量、采用压缩机二段出口高温气体热量用于乙二醇再生的方法等措施。改造实施后,年节电32×104k Wh,年节水25×104t,若取得效果较好,可以在杏区其他2套类似装置上进行推广应用。
Based on higher water-consumption of once-through water cooling for Daqing oilfield XING V- 1device and ethylene glycol regenerated by electric heating, the corresponding energy-saving potential has been analyzed, water cooling device has been canceled, recovery energy of heat exchanger has been increased and ethylene glycol regenerated by using the high-temperature gas from two-stage exit of compressor. After the energy transform implementing, 32 x 104 k Wh/a of electric power can be saved, 25 x 104t/a of water can be saved. The better energy-saving effects can be realized.
