摘要 海洋石油平台防雷是系统工程,应综合采取外部防雷和内部防雷措施,同时与陆地常规做法有所不同。海洋平台的外部防雷一般无需专设接闪器和引下线,可以钢结构本身兼做接闪器和引下线,但顶部有转动设备时应设接闪器保护设备;内部防雷要综合采取屏蔽、等电位连接、线缆敷设和浪涌保护器等措施防止雷击电磁脉冲入侵。经工程实际检测,防雷保护设施动作效果良好,系统运行安全可靠。 The lightning protection of offshore oil platform is a systematic engineering, should be integrated with external lightning protection and internal lightning protection. External lightning protection on offshore platform dose not generally need a special lightning arrester and downlead, the steel structure itself can be used as lightning arrester and downlead that differ from conventional land practices. When there is rotating equipment on the top, lightning arrester should be set up to protect equipment. Internal lightning protection should adopt a comprehensive shielding, equipotential connection, cable laying and surge protection devices to prevent the intrusion of lightning electromagnetic pulse. The lightning protection system has better effect and the system running is safety and reliable by the actual detecting of the project.
