摘要
太阳能聚光热技术是一种高效清洁的新能源技术,将该技术用于稠油的集榆加热,可以减少石油和天然气消耗,降低环境污染。为研究太阳能聚光热技术在稠油技术加热中的可行性,以准噶尔地区日处理液量100m3的小型计量站为例,分析和计算了准噶尔地区光照资源和油田集输热量需求,合理配置了集热面积为800m2的槽式太阳能聚光热系统,可实现24h连续供热。该系统可使原油采出液温度升高17~20℃,每年可节省天酞气4.8×10^4m3,减少CO2排放85t,具有较好的节能减排效果。
As an efficient and clean new energy technology, the concentrated solar thermal can be used for heating heavy oil to facilitate transportation, reduce the consumption of oil & gas and the environmental pollution. Take a 100 m3/d small metering station in Junggar Basin for example, 800 m2 collector area trough concentrated solar power system with thermal storage has been designed by researching Junggar solar resources and heating demands for oilfield gathering and transportation. 17-20 ℃ of liquid outlet temperature can be elevated, 4.8 × 104m3 natural gas can be saved per year, 85 t of carbon dioxide can be reduced per year by using this system. So the system has a good effect of energy-saving & emissions-reducing.
