摘要 以昭通市售板栗板栗粉为原料,采用碱提取法对板栗干粉中多糖进行提取.经sevage试剂除去蛋白质、乙醇沉淀、有机溶剂(无水乙醇、丙酮、石油醚)洗涤脱去脂肪后用蒽酮-硫酸溶液比色法测定其含量,通过单因素实验法在以固定的料液比(1∶40)、原料粒径(过80目分样筛)分别研究不同浓度、时间、温度条件下的最优提取参数.结果表明:最佳提取参数为:提取浓度0.5mol/l、提取时间90min、提取温度80℃,在最佳的提取参数下浸提一次的提取率高达26.47%. zhaotong's chestnut powder as raw material, it's polysaccharide were extracted with alkali method. By sevage reagent to remove protein, ethanol precipitation, organic solvents, anhydrous ethanol, acetone and petroleum e- ther. after washing to take off fat by anthrone colorimetry of sulfuric acid solution-determination of its content, through the single factor experiment method in fixed ratio (1 : 40), particle size of material liquid sample (80 mesh sieve) study of different concentration, time, temperature under the condition of the optimal extraction parameters. The results show that the optimal extraction parameters for the extraction of the concentration of 0. 5mol/L, 90min extraction time, extraction temperature 80℃, under the optimal extraction parameters extraction a withdrawal rate is as high as 26.47%.
