不同复合树脂对牙体组织固化深度及粘结强度分析研究 被引量:3

摘要 目的:探讨Filtek^(TM)Z250与Solitaire 2两种不同复合树脂对牙体固化深度和粘结强度的影响。方法:采用树脂(2水平)、照射距离(3水平)、照射时间(3水平)等三因素的析因试验设计,制备144个固化深度试件,共18种组合,测量其固化深度。采用树脂、照射角度两因素进行配伍组设计,制备144个粘结强度试件,分成6个配伍组,测量试件微拉伸的粘结强度。结果:两种复合树脂、三种照射距离、三种照射时间之间固化深度的比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.001),三种因素间所有的交互作用差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.001)。两种复合树脂之间、三种光照角度之间的粘结强度比较,差别均有统计学意义(P<0.001),两因素间的交互作用差异也有统计学意义(P<0.001)。Solitaire 2的粘结强度大于Filtek^(TM)Z250,差异有统计学意义(F=104.62,P<0.01)。结论:不同复合树脂对牙体组织修复的固化深度和粘结强度的性能各有不同,还应结合照射距离、照射角度和照射时间等因素,以取得良好的修复效果。 Objective:To investigate the effect of FiltekTMZ250 and Solitaire 2 two different composite resins on the curing depth and bond strength of dental implant.Method:The factorial design with three factors, such as resin (2 levels),irradiation distance (3 levels),irradiation time (3 levels),and so on,144 curing depth specimens were prepared,and 18 combinations were made,the curing depth was measured.The design of the compatibility group was made by two factors of resin and irradiation angle,144 bond strength specimens were prepared and divided into 6 groups,dentin microtensile bond strengths were measured.Result:Two kinds of composite resin,three kinds of irradiation distance,three irradiation time curing depth of the comparison,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.001),all the interactions between the three factors were statistically significant(P〈0.001).The bond strength between the two kinds of composite resin,the three light angle,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.001),the interaction between the two factors also had statistical significance (P〈0.001).The bond strength of Solitaire 2 was greater than FiltekTMZ250,and the difference was statistically significant(F=104.62,P〈0.01).Conclusion:The properties of different light curing composite resin for cure depths and bond strengths of dentin are different,and it should be combined with the factors such as irradiation dist
