摘要
目的:分析不同时间采集尿样对检验结果的影响。方法:选取2016年1月1-10日来本院接受体检的受检对象100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为观察组和对照组,各50例。分别对两组受检对象的两次晨尿进行研究,其中观察组以受检对象第二次晨尿为尿液样本,对照组以受检对象第一次晨尿为尿液样本,应用常规尿沉渣定量和干化学检测方式对两组尿液样本的亚硝酸盐、变形红细胞、红细胞、白细胞、上皮细胞、尿蛋白、尿糖阳性率进行统计分析,然后对两组受检对象的红细胞计数进行分析。结果:观察组硝酸盐及变形红细胞阳性率均显著低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);白细胞、上皮细胞、红细胞计数、尿糖阳性率及尿蛋白阳性率均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组红细胞计数比对照组明显偏高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);尿液标本在室温条件下放置2 h以后,尿中的白细胞、红细胞、上皮细跑以及管型数量均明显降低,而细菌数却明显升高,五项指标比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在对尿液样本进行尿沉渣和干化学检查的过程中,采用二次晨尿作为样本不仅不会对晨尿的检测准确性带来影响,还会保证检查速度较快,在2 h内完成,尿液样本中白细胞、红细胞及管型成分不变形溶解,检验中某些项目的阳性率显著提高,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective:To analyze the influence of different time on the inspection results of the urine sample.Method:100 cases in our hospital to receive medical were selected from 1 to 10 January 2016,according to the random number table method,they were randomly divided into observation group and control group,50 cases in each group.In two groups the two times morning urine examination subjects were studied,the observation group was used the second morning urine for urine samples, control group was examined first morning urine. Application routine urine sediment quantitative and dry chemistry detection of two groups of urine samples nitrite, deformation of red blood cells, red blood cells, white blood cells, epithelial cells, urine protein and urine positive rate were compared.Result:The nitrite and deformation of red blood cell positive rate in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group,the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05);white blood cells,epithelial cells, the positive rate of urine and urinary protein positive rate were higher than those of control group, the differences were statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:In urine samples of urine and dry chemistry, the second morning urine as samples not only of morning urine detection accuracy of impact, but also ensure the detection speed is fast, and in two hours to complete,the urine samples of white blood cells, red blood cells and tube type components dissolved without deformation, certain items in the test, the positive rate increased significantly, it is worth in the clinical application.
