摘要
Rac1即Ras相关的C3肉毒素底物1,是Rho GTP酶家族Rac亚家族成员之一。Rho家族GTP酶是一类分子量为20-30 ku的单体G蛋白,又称小G蛋白。Rac1是细胞内重要的信号转导分子,其激活与一些疾病如2型糖尿病密切相关。本文就Rac1参与肌动蛋白骨架重构、参与调控NADPH氧化酶类及Rac1活化影响骨骼肌葡萄糖转运体-4调控葡萄糖摄取及其参与2型糖尿病的发病机制进行了综述。
Ras-related C3 botulinum toxin substrate 1(Rac1), is a member of the Rho subclass of Ras superfamily GTPases. Rho GTP enzyme family is a monomer G protein ranging from 20 to 30 ku and is known as the small GTPase. Rac1 is an important signal transduction molecule in the cell, whose activation is closely related to type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM). The main involvement of Rac1 in the pathogenesis of T2DM is reviewed, as to regulation on actin skeleton reconstruction, NADPH oxidase and the effect on skeletal muscle GLUT4 regulated glucose uptake and so on.
