Application of vidarabine monophosphate in the pediatric department

目的分析单磷酸阿糖腺苷在儿科的使用情况,促进抗病毒药在儿科的合理使用。方法采用回顾性调查方法,对2015年1-3月所有儿科使用单磷酸阿糖腺苷的情况进行分析。结果单磷酸阿糖腺苷作为抗病毒药,在儿科使用过于宽泛,存在超说明书用药。结论临床医师应对抗病毒药有充分认识,严格控制适应证,合理使用。

Objective To promote the rational use of vidarabine monophosphate in the pediatric department via analyzing the application of vidarabine monophosphate in the pediatric department. Methods A retrospective investigation was adopted to analyze the medical records of pediatric medicines from January to March 2015. Results Vidarabine monophosphate as an antiviral drug was used too frequently in the pediatric department. Conclusion Doctors should restrict the use of the drug and promote its reasonable use.
