北海航海保障中心海事“三化”建设评价指标体系的研究与探索

文中结合北海航海保障中心工作实际,提出了北海航海保障中心海事"三化"建设的内涵,构建了相应的评价指标体系,对"三化"建设的评价标准进行了量化。

In view of the practice of the Navigation Guarantee Center of North China Sea （NCKEN）, MOT, the paper presents the connotation of the Three Orientations Development of NGCN, develops corresponding appraisal index system, and quantifies the appraisal standard for the Three Orientations Development.
