系统护理对乳腺癌患者围术期癌因性疲乏症状及生活质量的影响

System Nursing Impact on Related Fatigue of Patients with Breast Cancer Surgery in Perioperative Stage and Quality of Life

目的探讨系统护理干预对乳腺癌患者围术期癌因性疲乏症状及生活质量的影响。方法随机择取在医院就诊的乳腺癌患者100例,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,每组各50例。对对照组行以常规性的护理干预,对实验组则行以系统护理干预。结果经过不同的护理干预,实验组在癌因性疲乏的评分上以及生活质量的评分上都明显地好于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对乳腺癌患者在围术期阶段适当行以系统护理干预,会对其癌因性疲乏症状和日常生活质量产生积极且正面的影响,值得进行推广应用。

Objective To explore the system nursing impact on related fatigue of patients with breast cancer surgery in perioperative stage and quality of life. Methods Choosing 100 patients with breast cancer in the hospital,and dividing them into experimental group and the control group,with 50 cases in each group. The control group got routine nursing intervention,and the experimental group got systematic nursing intervention. Results Through different nursing intervention,the scores of cancer- related fatigue and quality of life in the experimental group are significantly better than the control group. There are significant differences（ P 0. 05）,with statistical significance. Conclusion Appropriate nursing intervention system of the patients with breast cancer in perioperative stage has a positive impact on related fatigue and quality of life. So it is worth more extensive promotion and use.
