冻融移植周期子宫内膜厚度对临床妊娠率的影响

Influence of endometrial thickness of frozen-thawed embryo transfer on clinical pregnancy rate

目的探讨体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF-ET)冻融移植周期子宫内膜厚度对临床妊娠率的影响。方法将361个冻融移植周期按决定日子宫内膜厚度分为3组:1组:子宫内膜厚度≤7.0mm;2组:>7.0mm,且≤12.0mm;3组:>12.0mm,比较3组间临床妊娠率的差异。结果 1组与2组、3组比较,临床妊娠率显著降低(P﹤0.05)。结论子宫内膜厚度≤7.0mm影响冻融移植周期临床妊娠率。

Objectives：To investigate the influence of endometrial thickness of frozen-thawed embryo transfer on clinical pregnancy rate in in vitro fertilization Embryo transfer. Methods：361 frozen-thawed embryo transfer cycles were analyzed retrospectively. Cases were divided into 3 groups according to endometrial thickness（Group 1：≤7.0mm;Group 2：〉7.0mm,and ≤12.0mm;Group 3：〉12.0mm）,and clinical pregnancy rate were compared between groups. Results：There was a significant decrease in clinical pregnancy rate in Group 1 when compared with those in Group 2 and Group 3（P﹤0.05）. Conclusions：Clinical pregnancy rate was low when endometrial thickness was ≤7.0mm.
