The harm of benzene to benzene and the pollution to the environment were expounded,Based on this,the necessity of chemical cleaning after shutdown was pointed out. Taking Petro China Changqing petrochemical benzene extraction plant as an example,the corresponding chemical cleaning scheme was proposed by using RFA-201 cleaning solution,a detailed chemical cleaning process was developed and the chemical cleaning effect was evaluated.
