公立医院岗位设置存在的问题及对策 被引量:5

Problems and countermeasures of post setting in public hospitals

摘要 岗位设置是公立医院改革的重要内容,也是深化人事制度改革的重要组成部分。科学合理的岗位设置对提高医务人员的积极性、构建完善的医疗卫生人才队伍等方面有重要意义。近年来,公立医院岗位设置取得了一定成效,但在具体实施过程中,仍存在一些问题阻碍岗位设置的顺利开展。文章结合杭州市中医院岗位设置现状及存在的问题,提出了如何完善岗位设置工作的几点建议。 Post setting is an important part of the reform in public hospitals,as well as an important part of deepening the reform of the personnel system.Scientific and reasonable post setting is very important to arouse the initiative of the medical staff and build a complete and optimized health care personnel system.In recent years,some progresses in post setting have been made in public hospitals.However,there are still some problems during its execution.Some advice are provided in this paper based on the present situation and problems existing in Hangzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.
