摘要
目的:了解吉林市某医学院大学生营养KAP现况,为提高学生健康水平,及开展营养健康教育提供参考依据。方法:采用自行设计的调查问卷,随机抽取某医学院不同专业在校大学生250名,进行营养KAP现况调查。结果:营养知识知晓率方面:对"人体需要营养"、"能量的主要来源于哪种食物"及"《中国居民膳食指南》主要内容的知晓率为62.8%、70.2%及11.8%;营养态度方面:该校学生98%认为合理营养对健康很重要、91.8%认为在学校学习一些营养知识是必要的及87.3%对学习营养知识感兴趣。仅有44.9%学生对该校开展的营养课程满意;不同院系学生营养态度有显著性差异(P<0.05);营养行为方面:66.9%学生每日吃早餐;18.4%学生每日饮奶;42%学生每周吃蛋超过4个;48.6%学生每周吃4次以上水果。结论:该校学生的营养知晓率低,营养行为不科学,但其营养态度积极,对学校开展的营养知识讲座及相关课程不满意。
Objective To investigate the nutrition KAP of medical college students in Jilin,to improve the level of college students' health,and to provide basis for health education.Methods A total of 250 medical college students were investigated with nutritional KAP questionnaire.Results As for nutrition knowledge rate,the awareness rates of the nutrition needed by the body,foods as main source of calories,the main content of Dietary Guidelines for Chinese Residents were 62.8%,70.2% and 11.8%,respectively.As for nutrition attitudes,98% students thought that reasonable nutrition was important for health;91.8% students thought it necessary to obtain some knowledge of nutrition;87.3%students were interested in knowledge of nutrition,but only 44.9% students were satisfied with nutrition courses.There were significant difference in nutrition attitude among different departments(P〈0.05).As for nutrition behaviors,66.9% students had breakfast every day,18.4% students drunk milk every day,and 42% students ate more than4 eggs a week,and 48.6% students ate fruits more than 4times a week.Conclusions The awareness rate of nutrition knowledge of students is low,and their nutrition behaviors are not scientific.But students' nutrition attitudes are positive,and they are not satisfied with the courses and lectures on nutrition delivered on campus.
