光动力疗法治疗中重度痤疮临床疗效观察 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨5-氨基酮戊酸光动力疗法(aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy,ALA-PDT)治疗中、重度痤疮的临床疗效和不良反应。方法选取41例面部中、重度痤疮患者,采用ALA-PDT,10~15 d治疗1次,连续治疗3次。治疗结束后第2、4、6周进行随访,记录治疗反应程度、不良反应和转归情况等。结果 41例面部中、重度痤疮患者经3次光动力治疗后有效率为73.17%,随着治疗次数增加,临床疗效显著增加;中、重度痤疮患者有效率分别为80.00%、70.97%,两者疗效未见明显差异。治疗结束后第2、4、6周随访,有效率分别为80.49%、90.24%、95.12%,提示随着时间延长,皮损可继续好转、消退。结论光动力疗法治疗中、重度痤疮方法简单、有效、安全。 Objective To observe the effi cacy and adverse reactions of 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy in the treatment of moderate to severe acne. Methods Forty-one patients with moderate to severe facial acne were treated once every 10-15 days for three times continuously by 10% 5-aminolevulinic acid photodynamic therapy and followed up every two weeks for six weeks after the last treatment. The evaluation of effi cacy and the adverse effects were recorded at each follow-up. Results After 3 times of photodynamic therapy, the total effective rate of the 41 cases was 73.17%. With the increase of the treatment times, clinical effi cacy was gradually obvious. The effective rate of moderate and severe acne patients was 80% and 70.97% respectively. The data demonstrated that the effect of photodynamic therapy had no signifi cant differences between the moderate and severe acne patients. Two, four and six weeks after treatment, the effective rate turned to be 80.49%, 90.24% and 95.12%, which implied that the lesions may continue to get better and fade with the prolonging of time. Conclusion Photodynamic therapy is a simple, effective and safe treatment method for moderate to severe acne, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
