颜面播散性粟粒性狼疮是一种少见的以红褐色丘疹、结节为基本损害的慢性炎症性皮肤病,好发于中青年患者的面部,尤以眼睑周围区域最为常见。目前对颜面播散性粟粒性狼疮病因及发病机制的研究及治疗方案尚未完全明确,该文对颜面播散性粟粒性狼疮的诊断和治疗研究进展进行了简要综述。

Lupus miliaris disseminatus faciei（LMDF） is a chronic and uncommon inflammatory dermatosis, characterized by yellowish-red nodule, especially on the face and around the eyelids. Today, the pathogenesis and treatment of LMDF still remains unclear. Through reviewing the related literatures in recent years, the article presents a detailed introduction of LMDF＇s diagnosis and treatment, mainly focusing on its diagnosis and clinical trials.
