摘要
为研究网格质量对炮口制退器CFD仿真结果的影响,以某炮口制退器为对象,利用Fluent比较结构网格、非结构网格和混合网格对炮口处三维流场计算结果的影响。对比以上3种网格的仿真时间和网格数量,结果表明采用结构网格所需的网格最少,运算所耗机时最短,但网格划分工作量最大。将仿真结果与试验结果进行对比,结构网格与混合网格得到的效率与试验实测值符合良好,非结构网格计算所得炮口制退效率与实测值相差较大。由此可以得出结论:在炮口制退器CFD仿真中,炮口制退器流场网格模型的近壁面宜采用结构网格以保证仿真结果的正确性,远场的网格类型对炮口附近三维流场计算结果影响不大。
For the purpose of investigating the influence of the mesh quality on CFD simulation result of muzzle brake,a muzzle brake is taken as example. CFD software,Fluent,is used to investigate the influence of the mesh type,structure mesh,free mesh and hybrid mesh on the fluid simulation result of the muzzle brake. By comparing the time spent in simulation and the number of meshes,it can be found that the structure mesh use the fewest number of meshes and least time with the largest amount of work for mesh division. Comparing the simulation result with the test result of the muzzle brake efficiency,it can be found the efficiency result of the structure mesh and the hybrid mesh is equal to the test result. However,the efficiency of the free mesh is much higher than that of the test value. Therefore,it is concluded that in the CFD simulation the structure mesh should be used at the near-wall meshes of muzzle brake to guarantee the correctness of the simulation result,and that the mesh type of farfield does not seriously affect the simulation result around the muzzle brake.
