自制环保载体在涤纶常压染色中的应用

摘要 为实现涤纶织物常压染色,制备了稳定性良好的环保无味载体乳液,探讨了保温染色温度、染色时间、载体用量对染色涤纶织物表观色深K/S值的影响,优化了载体染色的工艺条件,测试了蒸馏水处理涤纶纤维及载体处理并经后处理的涤纶纤维的热稳定性.结果表明,载体染色的最佳保温温度为98℃,最佳保温时间为60 min,载体的最佳用量随分散染料用量的增加而增加,载体染色与高温高压染色织物的色牢度相同、颜色特征相似,均具有良好的匀染性,热重分析表明载体染色后易脱载. In order to achieve atmospheric pressure dyeing of polyester fabric,environmental friendly inodorous carrier emulsion with good stability was prepared. Effects of dyeing temperature and time,and carrier amount on color strength K / S values of dyed polyester fabric were investigated,and carrier dyeing process conditions were optimized. The thermal stability of the polyester fiber treated with distilled water,as well as with carrier and after treatment was tested. The results showed that the optimum dyeing temperature was98 ℃,and holding time was 60 min,the optimum carrier amount increased with the disperse dye amount increasing,carrier dyeing could obtain consistent color fastness,similar color feature with high temperature and pressure dyeing,both of two dyeing method had good levelness. Thermal gravimetric analysis showed that carrier could be easily removed after dyeing.
