新疆大风区输电线路防风措施的分析与研究 被引量:3

摘要 由于特殊的地形地貌和气象条件,新疆境内有许多大风区,大风区内的输电线路风偏闪络现象相当普遍,风偏跳闸率高于全国平均水平.强风是造成风偏闪络的主要原因,所以位于大风区的输电线路采取相应的防风措施是非常必要的.结合新疆大风区风速及输电线路参数等因素,对V型绝缘子串、下方防风横担、防风偏绝缘子等防风措施进行了分析和比较,得出了各种防风措施的特点和适用范围,对大风区输电线路的设计有一定的参考价值. Due to the special topography and meteorological conditions,there are many strong wind regions in Xinjiang,the wind yaw flashover phenomenon of transmission line is quite often in strong winds area,wind yaw tripping rate is higher than the national average,strong winds was the main reason of wind yaw flashover. So it is necessary that the transmission lines in strong wind areas should take corresponding windproof measures. In this paper,combining with Xinjiang wind area factors such as wind speed and the transmission line parameters,the V-type insulator string wind cross arm and windproof insulator and several wind protection schemes are analyzed and compared. It is concluded that the characteristics of various wind protection and the applicable range are obtained,which could provide guidings to the strong wind area transmission line design.
