当代中国乡村公共精神现状与培育对策

On Current Status and Cutivation Countermeasures of the Public Spirit of Contemporary Chinese Village

党的十八大以来,我国乡村治理模式也跨入转型时期,当代乡村治理转型呼吁着乡村公共精神作用的发挥,公共精神的培育对于乡村治理的转型和乡村社会的和谐发展具有重要的意义。首先厘定了公共精神的概念,认为乡村公共精神的独特性体现在乡村发展中村民展现出的对村民公共利益的认同与维护的一种理念;其次从治理视阈论证当前乡村公共精神发展中存在的问题主要表现为乡村公共生活空间萎缩和农民社会责任意识淡薄等;最后从治理视阈对培育乡村公共精神提出了相关对策建议。

Chinese rural governance has striped into a transition period since the 18 th CPC National Congress.The contemporary transformation of rural governance is to await role of Rural Public Spirits.The cultivation of Rural Public Spirits is of great significance to transition of rural governance and promotion of social harmony.First of all,this paper clarifies the concept of Rural Public Spirits.It believes that the uniqueness of the Rural Public Spirit embodies in the concept that rural villagers self-identify and safeguard to their public interest through the development of rural areas.Secondly,from the perspective of governance this paper stresses out the current problems existing in the development of rural public spirit are mainly for shrinking of public living space,consciousness of farmer's social responsibility and so on.At last,it puts forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions on cultivation of Rural Public Spirits.
