京津冀城市群现代物流网络构建实证研究

Empirical Research on Modern Logistics Network Construction of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei Urban Agglomeration

对现代物流业在推动区域经济发展中的重要作用以及如何科学构建区域物流网络等问题的主要研究成果进行了分析总结,提出综合运用主成分分析法、引力模型和最大覆盖模型构建区域现代物流网络布局模型的方法,以京津冀城市群为例进行实证研究。研究确定了轴心城市的位置及辐射范围,并得到了分别以石家庄、唐山和廊坊为区域物流中心的三大物流圈。基于此,应进一步丰富完善物流等相关产业发展的政策细则,加强区域物流中心城市的基础设施建设,增强京津冀城市群间的互联互通能力,促进京津冀城市群协同发展。

This paper summarizes the research of modern logistics which plays an important role in regional economic development,and discusses how to scientifically build the regional logistics network. By the integrated use of principal component analysis,gravity model and the maximum coverage model,we have carried out an empirical study based on Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,to determine the position and scope of axis urban,obtain Shijiazhuang,Tangshan and Langfang regional logistics circle. It points out that in order to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration,we should improve policy rules of logistics and related industry,to strengthen the construction of regional logistics center city＇s infrastructure and enhance the capacity of connectivity between the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei urban agglomeration.
