50例锁骨中段骨折患者的治疗探讨

Treatment of 50 Cases of Middle Clavicle Fracture

目的评价使用锁定接骨板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折的疗效。方法选取2013年5月—2015年4月该院共收治50例锁骨中段骨折患者,采用锁定接骨板内固定治疗。结果 50例患者均获得随访,随访时间0.4-1.0年,平均8个月。患者骨折均获得良好愈合,内固定无松动断裂等并发症。根据Rockwood评分,优48例,良2例,优良率100%。结论运用锁骨锁定接骨板内固定治疗锁骨中段骨折,疗效良好,内固定效果可靠,术后并发症少,肩关节活动良好。

Objective To evaluate the use of locking plate fixation for clavicle fractures. Methods From May 2013 to April 2015 in our hospital were treated 50 cases of clavicle fractures were treated with locking plate fixation. Results 50 patients were followed up for0.4 to 1.0 years, an average of 8 months. Fracture patients have received good healing, fracture fixation without loosening and other complications. According to Rockwood score, excellent in 48 cases, good in 2 cases, good rate of 100%. Compared with before and after treatment in this group of patients had significant pain score difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Clavicle locking plate fixation for clavicle fractures, good effect, reliable fixation effect, fewer complications, shoulder range of motion is good.
