三维导航技术辅助经皮骶髂螺钉治疗骨盆后环骨折的临床疗效刍议

Clinical Observation of the Effects of Three Dimensional Navigation Technique Assisted with Percutaneous Iliosacral Screw in the Treatment of Posterior Pelvic Ring Fractures

目的探究三维导航技术辅助经皮骶髂螺钉治疗骨盆后环骨折的临床疗效。方法回顾性分析该院2015年3月—2016年3月收治的31例骨盆后环骨折患者临床资料作为研究对象,患者均在三维导航技术辅助下行经皮骶髂螺钉治疗,观察围手术期临床指标、Majeed及Matta评分、并发症发生率。结果手术中导航建立时间平均为（20.04±2.08）min,每枚螺钉置入平均时间为（29.31±3.02）min,术中出血约为10-20 m L,住院时间（9.38±2.41）d;Majeed评分总体优良率为100%,Matta评分总体优良率为93.54%;仅出现1例伤口感染,并发症发生率低。结论三维导航技术辅助经皮骶髂螺钉治疗骨盆后环骨折可以有效缩短骨折愈合时间及降低并发症发生率,具临床推广和应用价值。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of three dimensional navigation technique assisted with percutaneous iliosacral screw in the treatment of posterior pelvic ring fractures. Methods A retrospective analysis of selected hospital in March 2015 to March 2016 were treated 31 patients with pelvic ring fractures in patients with clinical data for the study, patients in the three-dimensional navi-gation technology assisted percutaneous sacroiliac screw downstream treatment, perioperative clinical observation indicators, Majeed and Matta score, complication rates. Results The average duration for the setup of intraoperative navigation was（20.04 ±2.08）min, and average time for the placement of each was（29.31±3.02）min; introperative bleeding amount was about 10~20 m L, and hospitalization duration was（9.38±2.41）d; rate of excellent and good Majeed score was 100%, and Matta score was 93.54%; only 1 case was found with wound infection, with lower incidence of complications. Conclusion For the treatment of posterior pelvic ring fractures, three-di-mensional navigation technique can effectively shorten the time of fracture healing and reduce the incidence of complications. There-fore, it is of the value to be popularized in clinical applications.
