负压吸引感染控制冲洗系统的应用

摘要 目的观察改良负压吸引感染控制冲洗系统在重症监护病房(ICU)对多重耐药菌感染的防控中的应用。方法根据该推广技术实施前后时间顺序,对吉林省人民医院2014年1—6月之间未采用该改良系统的重危患者100例作为对照组,对2014年7—12月采用该改良系统的重危患者100例作为观察组,分析两组住院时间、住院费用;采集两组负压表内、收集器内及其口周围病原微生物监测及院内感染率进行比较。结果对照组中负压表内、收集器内及其收集器口周围病原菌含量病原菌含量>104 cfu/m L、均明显高于观察组<104 cfu/m L,组间比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05,对照组的住院时间(36.3±5.1)d、住院费用(35472.8±1 899.4)元以及院内感染率13%,观察组的住院时间(19.8±3.2)d、住院费用(23 679.4±833.7)元以及院内感染率4%,均明显高于观察组,组间比较差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论改良负压吸引感染控制冲洗系统能够显著降低ICU住院患者的院内感染率,缩短住院时间,降低住院费用,有利于患者的恢复,值得推广应用。 Objective To observe the effect of modified suction irrigation system infection control in the ICU(ICU) application of the pre-vention and control of multi drug resistant bacteria infection in. Methods According to the time sequence before and after the imple-mentation of the promotion of technology, the people's Hospital of Jilin province between January and June 2014 without using the improved system of critically ill patients 100 cases as the control group, in July to December 2014 by the improved system of critically ill patients 100 cases as the observation group, analysis of two groups of hospitalization time, hospitalization expenses; collecting two sets of pressure meter, collector and around the mouth of pathogenic microorganisms and monitoring nosocomial infection rate were compared. Results In control group, negative pressure meter, collector 〉104 cfu/m L and the content of pathogen around mouth collector pathogen content were significantly higher than the observation group 〈104 cfu/m L, there were significant differences between group P〈0.05 and control group hospitalization time(36.3±5.1)d, hospitalization expenses(35 472.8±1 899.4)yuan and 13% of the nosocomial infection rate, hospitalization time in the observation group of(19.8±3.2)d,(23 679.4±833.7)yuan and the cost of hospitalization of nosocomial infection rate was 4%, significantly higher than the observation group, there were significant differences be-tween group(P〈0.05). Conclusion Modified suction can significantly reduce ICU inpatients with nosocomial infection rate control irri-gation the system of infection, shorten the hospitalization time, reduce hospitalization costs, is conducive to the recovery of patients, it is worthy of popularization and application.
