帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床对照研究

Paroxetine in the Treatment of Depression Controlled Clinical Study

目的分析帕罗西汀治疗抑郁症的临床治疗效果。方法选择2014年4月—2016年4月于该院进行住院治疗的抑郁症患者,共40例,按进入医院的编号分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。对照组进行阿米替林的治疗,观察组进行帕罗西汀治疗,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和汉密顿焦虑量表两对组患者的治疗效果进行探讨。结果观察组总有效率95.00%,对照组总有效率70.00%,观察组总有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,观察组HAMD量表的减分明显高于对照组HAMD量表的减分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗前后,观察组HAMA量表的减分明显高于对照组HAMA量表的减分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗结束后,观察组的不良反应明显低于对照组,观察组的TESS评分明显优于阿米替林,尤其是在神经系统、植物神经以及心血管方面的副作用明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于抑郁症的治疗,使用帕罗西汀的治疗效果良好且不良反应少,是一种比较理想的治疗抑郁症的药物,其耐受性良好并且服用起来比较方便,非常值得在临床上进行大力的推广和应用。

Objective To analysis of paroxetine in the treatment of depression treatment effect. Methods In April 2014 to April 2016 hospitalized patients with depression in our hospital, a total of 40 cases, press enter the serial number of the hospital were divided into observation group and control group, 20 cases in each group. Control group of amitriptyline treatment, observation group of paroxetine therapy, using Hamilton depression rating scale（HAMD） and Hamilton anxiety scale treatment effects of two groups of patients. Re-sults The observation group total effectiveness 95.00%, control group total effective rate 70.00%, total effective observation group was obviously higher than that of control group, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. Before and after treatment, HAMD scale points of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group the HAMD scale points, the difference was statisti-cally significant（P〈0.05）; Before and after treatment, HAMA scale points of observation group was obviously higher than that of control group in HAMA scale points, the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0.05）. After the treatment, and adverse reactions of observation group was obviously lower than the control group and observation group of TESS score significantly better than that of amitriptyline, especially in the nervous system, plant nerve and cardiovascular side effects significantly lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion For the treatment of depression, the use of paroxetine in the treatment of good effect and less adverse reaction, is an ideal drug for depression, its well tolerated and taking up more convenient, very worth in clinical promotion and application of energetically.
