支撑喉镜下喉电动切削系统与喉钳夹术治疗声带息肉的疗效对比分析

Compare the Effect of Laryngeal Electric Cutting System and Laryngeal Clamping Treatment of Vocal Cord Polyp Laryngoscope

目的观察比较支撑喉镜下喉电动切削系统与喉钳夹术治疗声带息肉的疗效对比分析。方法随机选取该院2013年1月—2015年12月收治的100例声带息肉患者,按随机数字表法分成实验组和对照组,每组50例,实验组采用支撑喉镜下喉电动切削系统治疗声带息肉,对照组则采用支撑喉镜下喉钳夹术治疗声带息肉,观察比较两组的治疗效果。结果实验组总有效率为94.00%高于对照组80.00%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;其中广基型声带息肉有效率,实验组92.86%高于对照组73.33%,差异有统计学意义（χ^2=4.04,P〈0.05）。结论支撑喉镜下喉电动切削系统优于支撑喉镜下喉钳夹术,在针对广基型声带息肉时尤为明显。

Objective To observe and compare the curative effect of supporting laryngoscope laryngeal electric cutting system and laryn-geal clamp for treating vocal cord polyps. Methods Randomly selected 100 cases of vocal cord polyp patients from January 2013 to December 2015 were selected and divided into experimental group（50 cases） and control group（50 cases）, the experimental group used under suspension laryngoscope electric cutting system in the treatment of vocal cord polyp, the control group used the laryngeal clamp in the treatment of vocal polyps, treatment effects were compared between the two groups the postoperative complications. Re-sults The total effective rate of the experimental group 94.00%was significantly higher than that of the control group 80.00%, the dif-ference was statisticall（P〈0.05）. The experimental group 92.86% was higher than the control group 73.33%, the difference was statis-tically（P〈0.05, χ^2=4.04）. Conclusion The electric cutting system under laryngoscope laryngeal in the treatment of vocal cord polyps clinical effect,In particular, the wide base type of vocal cord polyp,is better than that of laryngeal clamp for treating vocal cord polyps.
