星状神经节阻滞联合TENS治疗颈型颈椎病的临床分析

Clinical Observation of Stellate Ganglion Block Combined with TENS in Treating Cervical Type Cervical Spondylosis

目的观察星状神经节阻滞联合TENS治疗颈型颈椎病的疗效。方法选取2008年1月—2015年12月期间在该院接受治疗的90例颈型颈椎病患者,随机分成治疗组及对照组各45例。对照组行星状神经节阻滞治疗,而治疗组除进行星状神经节阻滞外,还辅以TENS治疗。比较两组患者临床疗效及治疗前,治疗后1周、3个月、6个月和1年视觉模拟评分法(VAS)的评分。结果治疗组治愈率明显高于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组治疗后1周、3个月、6个月的VAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗1年后的VAS评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组在采用星状神经节阻滞治疗的基础上还辅以TENS治疗,患者经过治疗之后工作生活自理满意度(91.11%)明显高于对照组(60.00%),两组对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对照组45例患者出现5例(11.11%)不良反应,治疗组45例患者发生1例(2.22%)不良反应情况,治疗组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论星状神经节阻滞联合TENS治疗颈型颈椎病临床效果显著,值得推广。

Objective To observe the effect of stellate ganglion block combined with TENS in the treatment of cervical spondylosis.Methods From January 2008 to December 2015, 90 cases of cervical spondylosis patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 45 cases in each group. Results The cure rate of treatment group was significantly higher than the control group（P〈0.05）, 1 weeks after treatment, 3 months, 6 months VAS score obviously Lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. The two groups after 1 years of treatment the VAS score had no significant difference（P〉0.05）. The treatment group based on the treatment of stellate ganglion block on the treatment of patients after treatment with TENS, after the work of dai-ly life satisfaction（91.11%） and Ming Xiangao（60%） in the control group, between the two groups there are obvious differences, with statistical significance（P〈0.05）. 45 cases in the control group there were 5 cases（11.11%） of adverse reactions, the treatment group of1 cases occurred in 45 patients（2.22%） adverse reactions, patients in the treatment group were not The occurrence rate of good reac-tion was significantly lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of stellate ganglion block combined with TENS in the treatment of cervical spondylosis was significant, it is worth promoting.
