摘要
互联网的广泛应用,改变了制造企业的经营环境,对制造企业商业模式的各要素也产生了很大的影响。网络环境中,顾客需求变得个性化和多样化;互联网技术提高了价值链的运作效率,强化了制造企业与顾客、供应商等合作伙伴的关系,对企业的组织结构提出了新的要求;由于出现了网络销售,降低了销售成本,改变了收入模式。文中具体论述这些由互联网商业的发展而对企业造成的影响,发展的困境以及企业为了应对这些改变而进行的创新。
The wide application of Internet has changed the manufacturing enterprise management environment,all the elements of business model for manufacturing enterprises also had a great effect. In the network environment,customers demand become individuation and diversification; Internet technologies to improve the operational efficiency of the value chain,strengthen the manufacturing enterprise's relationship with customers,suppliers and other partners,puts forward new requirements to the enterprise organization structure; Due to the network marketing,reduces the cost of sales,changed the revenue model. This paper detailed the by the development of the Internet business and the effects on the enterprise,and enterprise in order to cope with the changes of innovation.
