摘要
文中在运用SWOT方法对众包模式下的物流企业进行定性分析的基础上采用AHP模型对该模式下物流企业的发展进行了定量分析,并根据分析结果给出了在众包模式下该行业企业应该采取的战略类型,并针对相应的战略提出了具体的对策。
On the basis of qualitative analysis by SWOT method,this paper use the AHP model to analyze the development of logistics enterprises in the crowdsourcing model by quantitative analysis,according to the analysis result the authers give the type of appropriate strategy should adopt,and put forward concrete measures for the corresponding strategy.
