摘要
在我国加入世界贸易组织后,国际物流的发展方向开始发生了巨大变化。在面对近几年物流市场的变革与突破,国际物流所面临的市场竞争已十分激烈,环境形势也十分严峻,这使得国际工程EPC总承包面临多重压力。从当前国际工程EPC总承包中的物流项目管理模式来看,总承包的管理方式并未因市场变革而发生任何变动,这也使得项目管理水平长期处于同一水平线上,管理水平及管理力度未得到有效提升。而物流项目作为国际工程中的重点管理项目,若管理方式存在漏洞与疏忽,则必然会给国际物流带来巨大风险。对此,为深入探讨该话题,文中针对国际工程EPC总承包中物流项目的管理模式展开研究。
After China's entry into the world trade organization,the development direction of international logistics has changed greatly. In the face of changes in the logistics market in recent years,the international logistics market competition is very fierce,the environmental situation is very grim,which makes the international project EPC general contracting face multiple pressures. From the logistics project management mode of the international project general contracting ECP in view of general contract management is not due to market change any change,which also makes the project management level at the same level,management level and management have not been effectively promoted. And the logistics project as the key management project in the international project,if the management mode of the existence of loopholes and negligence,will inevitably bring huge risks to the international logistics. In this regard,in order to further explore the topic,this paper focuses on the management model of the logistics project in the international project EPC general contracting.
