基于技能大赛的高职物流教学改革探索

Based on the Teaching Reform in Higher Vocational Logistics Skills Contest

近年来,湖北生态工程职业技术学院参加了湖北省举办的物流职业技能大赛,并取得了一定的成绩。通过比赛提高了师生的综合素质,同时对赛项的研究还可以优化课程体系,完善课程设计,更新对人才培养和专业建设的认识,进而推动物流专业的教学改革。文中通过分析了技能大赛的本质特点,提出了以技能大赛促进高职物流专业教学改革的几点思考。

In recent years,our college took part in Hubei province logistics professional skills contest,and obtained a certain result. Through the competition to improve the teachers' and students' comprehensive quality,at the same time,the study of disciplines can also optimize the curriculum system,curriculum design,update to the talent training and the construction of professional understanding,thus promote the logistics professional teaching reform. In this paper,through analyses the characteristics of the nature of the skills contest,is put forward to skills contest to promote higher vocational logistics professional teaching reform,some thought.
