摘要
工科专业是高校教育中重要的组成部分,在国家建设中担任着重要力量。本文运用问卷调查法对于工科专业大学生心理健康状况与职业心理素质的关系进行研究,对高等学校工科专业大学生的职业心理心理素质进行探索,获得职业心理素质各维度对焦虑值的回归分析和职业心理素质各维度对人格健康的回归分析,为高校大学生职业素质教育、心理健康教育及未来发展提供理论和实践依据。
The discipline of engineering is an important component of college education and plays an important role in the construction of the country. This article uses questionnaire survey to analyze the relationship between vocational psychology and psychological well - being of engineering majors. Regression analysis is conducted on the relationship between the multi - dimensions of vocational psychology and the value of anxiety and the relation-ship between the multi - dimensions of vocational psychology and personality well - being. It is hoped that the findings would be of theoretical and practical significance to the education on college students' vocational psychology and psychological well - being and the students' future development.
