摘要
以教育改革为背景,解读当下应用型本科高校人才培养的性质与存在的困境。主张应用型本科高校人才培养应突破专业限制,彻底转变人才培养目标、改革人才培养模式、改变传统评价方法,关注学生整体质量的提高和可持续发展。
b Against the background of educational reform, analyzing the nature of and difficulties in talent cultivation in application - oriented universities, this paper argues that the restrictions of majors should be removed, the objectives and mode of talent cultivation should he transformed, the traditional method of evaluating students should be reformed, and enough importance should be attached to the improvement of and sustainable development of the quality of talents.
