Research on the Present Situation and Countermeasures of Women-oriented Work in Institutions of Higher Learning

高校妇女组织承担着维护女性合法权益,促进女性全面发展的重任,必须努力解决缺乏科学定位、重"服务"轻"维护"、社会性别教育缺失等问题。在此基础上,找准目标、选好角度、提升品质,树立终身学习意识、社会性别意识、热忱服务意识,不断提升妇女工作水平。

Women s organizations in institutions of higher learning which assume such great responsibilities as safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of women and promoting the all - round development of women must try to solve such problems as lack of scientific orientation, stressing service while neglecting safeguarding, lack of social gender education and so on. Therefore , it is urgent that we identify the target , choose the right angle, improve the quality, foster the awareness of lifetime learning, gender awareness and service awareness, and continuously improve the efficiency of women - oriented work.
