摘要
西部大开发为西北地区的经济发展注入了坚强动力,但与此同时也带来了地区劳动关系的日益紧张。本文选取2001—2013年西北五省的劳均劳动争议案件量与产均劳动争议案件量作为被解释变量,实证研究经济规模、经济发展水平、劳动力市场状况、市场化水平以及社会发展综合水平等对西北地区劳动争议的影响状况,并在此基础上提出相应的政策启示。本文对于正确认识和处理西北地区新时期劳动关系具有重要的理论与实践意义。
The Great Western development has injected a strong power into the northwest economic development, but it also makes an increasingly tense regional labor relations at the same time. This paper selects per labor amount of labor dispute cases and per production amount of labor dispute cases both in 2001—2013 of five northwestern provinces as explanatory variables to make an empirical study of the effect of economic scale, the level of economic development, labor market conditions, marketization level and comprehensive social development level on the labor disputes in northwest district, and then draws the corresponding enlightenment and puts forward policy recommendations. The paper has important theoretical value and practical significance for correctly understanding and dealing with the labor relations in the northwest in a new era.
