经皮肠系膜上动脉吸栓法治疗急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的疗效评价

Effect of Mesenteric Artery Percutaneous Absorption Occlusion Therapy in the Treatment of Acute Superior Mesenteric Artery Embolism

目的：探讨经皮肠系膜上动脉吸栓法治疗急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞的疗效.方法：选取46例接受经皮肠系膜上动脉吸栓治疗的急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞患者纳入研究,根据诊治时间早晚分为早治疗组和晚治疗组,分析两组的治疗效果及不良反应的发生情况.结果：治疗后,早治疗组的有效率为75％,显著高于晚治疗组的55.56％（P＜0.05）;早治疗组的不良反应发生率为17.86％,明显低于晚治疗组的33.33％ （P ＜0.05）.结论：尽早诊断、及时治疗可以有效提高经皮肠系膜上动脉吸栓治疗急性肠系膜上动脉栓塞疗效、降低不良反应发生.

OBJECTS： To investigate the effect of mesenteric artery percutaneous absorption occlusion therapy in the treatment of acute superior mesenteric artery embolism. METHODS ： 46 patients with acute mesenterlc artery embolization who received upper mes- enteric artery percutaneous aspiration thrombectomy were included in the study. They were divided into early treatment group and late treatment group. Treatment effects and adverse reactions were analyzed. RESULTS： After treatment, the effective rate was 75% in early treatment group and 55.5% in late treatment group （P 〈0. 05）. Adverse reaction （ 17. 86% ） in early treatment group was sig- nificantly lower than that （33.33%） in late treatment group （P 〈 0. 05）. CONCLUSION： Mesenterlc artery pereutaneous absorption occlusion therapy can treat acute superior mesenteric artery embolism effectively and reduce the adverse reactions about it.
