基于TM4C123FH6PM芯片的电子秤的设计 被引量:1

摘要 针对已有电子秤测量精度不高的问题,设计了一款以TM4C123FH6PM微控制器为控制核心的高精度电子秤。电子秤采用电阻应变片组成全桥测量采集物品质量,经24位A/D转换模块HX711放大和转换后送控制器进行数据处理。系统对测量结果进行分段比例因子补偿,测试结果显示系统已很好地实现了线性测量和减小称重误差的目的。系统测试结果可以看出,设计的电子秤在称重范围内具有较高的测量精度,测量误差小于1%,且工作稳定、操作方便。 As the accuracy of the electronic scale is not high in market, one high accuracy electronic scale has been designed in using the TM4C123FH6PM micro controller.The quality of the collected goods was detected by using resistance strain transformed bridge. After that, the signal was magnified and converted to process through 24 bit A/D conversion and HX711modules. The segmentation scale factor compensation was used to realize a good linear measurement and a low weighing error. The result show that the designed electronic scale has a high measurement accuracy in the weighing range with the measurement error which is less than l%.What's more,electronic scale has good stability and is easy to operate.
