全程责任制助产管理与产科质量关系的研究

Research on Correlation between the Whole-course Responsibility System Midwifery Management and Quality in the Department of Obstetrics

目的研究全程责任制助产管理与产科质量关系,从而分析产科质量与管理方式之间的关系。方法选取该院分娩产妇120例,收取时间为2013年4月—2015年6月期间,并将分娩产妇分为两组,对照组产妇采用传统助产模式管理,观察组产妇采用全程责任制助产管理,将两组产妇管理后的分娩方式、产后2 h时出血量、总产程、恐惧情绪发生率进行对比。结果观察组分娩产妇分娩方式显著优于对照组分娩产妇(P<0.05),观察组分娩产妇产后2 h出血量(153.56±36.88)m L、总产程(7.58±2.57)h显著优于对照组产妇,观察组分娩产妇恐惧情绪发生率3.33%显著低于对照组产妇恐惧情绪发生率23.33%(P<0.05)。结论给予产妇采用全程责任制助产管理,能有效提高产科质量,降低产妇的恐惧感,减少产后2 h出血量,缩短总产程,同时还能促进产妇自然分娩,保障母婴安全,值得在产科进一步推广与应用。

Objective To research the correlation between the whole-course responsibility system midwifery management and quality in the department of obstetrics thus analyzing the correlation between the quality in the department of obstetrics and management method. Methods 120 cases of delivery women giving birth in our hospital from April 2013 to June 2015 were selected and randomly divided into two groups, the control group adopted the traditional midwifery model for management, while the observation group adopted the whole-course responsibility system midwifery for management, and the delivery method, volume of hemorrhage in 2 hours after parturition, total birth process and incidence rate of horror emotion of the two groups were compared. Results The delivery method of delivery women in the observation group was better than that in the control group（P〈0.05）, and the volume of hemorrhage in 2 hours after parturition and total birth process in the observation group were respectively（153.56±36.88） ml and（7.58±2.57） h, which were obviously better than those in the control group, and the incidence rate of horror emotion in the observation group was obviously lower than that in the control group,（3.33% vs 23.33%）（P〈0.05）. Conclusion The whole-course responsibility system midwifery management can effectively improve the quality in the department of obstetrics, reduce the horror sense of the delivery women, reduce the volume of hemorrhage in 2 hours after parturition, shorten the total birth process, at the same time, it also promotes the natural delivery of the delivery women and ensures the safety of mothers and infants, which is worth further promotion and application in the department of obstetrics.
